Pinot
Noir Select 2005
Our Select wines stem from the best locations. The vines' yield
is kept extremely low in order to achieve the classical, concentrated
burgundy blend. Fermentation is realized in open vats and the
circa 26-month maturation takes place in burgundy barriques. The
wine is bottled without filtration in order to maintain its full
character.

Pinot
Noir Grand Select 2005
IThis wine’s greatness stems from a more than 45-year-old
wine garden in the Hochfeld vineyard. The yields are very low;
the old age of the vines and the careful processing of this Pinot
Noir give the wine its finely structured texture. Leading wine
journalists often compare this Pinot Noir to wines from excellent,
first class wineries in Burgundy. This wine is carefully selected
and bottled without filtration.

Danubis
Grand Select 2005
Danubis is the successor to our already legendary Cabernet-Merlot.
The first presses with grapes from our best Zweigelt vineyards
convinced me that hint of Zweigelt would benefit the blend of
this cuvée. It made it softer, fruitier, and more “Austrian”.
