Nussberg
Beerenauslese 2005
This sweet Viennese wine, just like the blend of fruit on the
Nussberg from which it comes, is a very special rarity. Higly
labor-intense cultivation in this steep location is rewarded among
other ways by the uniqueness of this wine. Maturation in small
barrels and aging on the must enhances the aromatic richness of
this distinct sort.

Nussberg
Trockenbeerenauslese 2005
The year 2005 was so well suited to the development of the noble
botrytis cinerea that in addition to the grape harvest, we were
also able to harvest regular grapes and dry grapes. This select
wine is also from the unique blend on the Nussberg and was the
product of 100 percent shrunk grapes. The juice had a significantly
higher concentration and was fermented and matured in small barrels.

Nussberg
Essenz 1999
The crown of 1999, the most wonderful year for sweet wines, harvest
was certainly this third selection of botrytis grapes from the
mixed blend on Nussberg. Only the flintiest dry grapes were plucked
individually from the bunches and processed separately. After
a maceration period of 36 hours we achieved the highest sugar
grade ever measured in a Viennese wine.
